1.Once you order your cluster it takes 2-4 business days for me to receive it. If you are ordering the full mask cluster. I will also have to order the replacement mask and that takes between 4 up to 7 business days. (I will also start getting inventory in on cluster and mask to cut down on the delay times.
2. At this step I have received all parts and will begin to program the cluster specifically to YOUR VIN! ( If you decide to sell it at any point. The person you are selling this to needs to know it has to be reprogrammed to their VIN!!). Also on this step if you ordered the full screen I will have to take the cluster apart and remove the old mask and add the new one. The theme you have chosen in checkout will be appiled to your cluster.
3. You will be notified once I'm finishing up your cluster. I will ask you some questions regarding your Fusion like do you have lane departure, blindspot mirrors, or Front Collusion ETC. Just to be sure that everything has loaded correctly while programming to the VIN. Also I will asked you about mileage at this point. There are 2 ways we can do this. You can do it yourself on forscan( I can help you out on this if you need), or I can set your mileage higher than your current mileage depending on your daily useage of driving.
4 .Now last but not least! I will be sending you your cluster all wrapped up with love to your doorstep! If there are any problems contact me and we will get it resolved.
